Returns & Exchange Policy
At Sharmedh Adore Design, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care and inspected thoroughly before dispatch. We value your trust and want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received an incorrect item (wrong product or size).
Please note:

Since all our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, design preference, or slight variations in polish or texture (which are natural to handcrafted silver).
Return/Exchange Request Window

You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the return process.

The item must be:

Unused and unworn

Returned in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and invoice included

The pickup will be arranged by our courier partner wherever possible.

For certain pin codes, you may need to self-ship the item using a trackable courier service.
Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.

If approved, we will process:

Exchange – Replacement for the same item or equivalent value product

Store Credit – If the item is unavailable, valid for 90 days on our website

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only for prepaid orders and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

Earrings or nose pins

Customised, engraved, or personalised jewellery

Items purchased during sale or clearance events
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

Record an unboxing video before opening the package.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video and photos.
We’ll resolve the issue through replacement or store credit as quickly as possible.
