Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across India through our trusted delivery partners.
Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces may take 7–10 business days to process before dispatch.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within:

    • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

    • Non-metro locations: 4–7 business days

    • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier network or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹1,000.

  • For orders below ₹1,000, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.

  • Any express or priority delivery requests may attract additional charges.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS with courier details.

  • You can track your shipment directly through our website or the courier’s tracking page.

Packaging & Safety

  • All jewellery pieces are carefully packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly boxes to ensure safety during transit.

  • Each parcel is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to maintain product integrity.

Delays or Delivery Issues

  • In case of delayed delivery or missing packages, please contact our support team at

  • We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
Re-shipment can be arranged with applicable shipping charges.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Sharmedh Adore Design, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care and inspected thoroughly before dispatch. We value your trust and want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product or size).

Please note:

  • Since all our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, design preference, or slight variations in polish or texture (which are natural to handcrafted silver).

Return/Exchange Request Window

  • You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • To initiate, please email us at cs@sharmedh.com with:

    • Your Order Number

    • Unboxing video or clear images showing the product issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the return process.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Returned in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and invoice included

  • The pickup will be arranged by our courier partner wherever possible.

  • For certain pin codes, you may need to self-ship the item using a trackable courier service.

Inspection & Approval

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.

  • If approved, we will process:

    • Exchange – Replacement for the same item or equivalent value product

    • Store Credit – If the item is unavailable, valid for 90 days on our website

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only for prepaid orders and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Earrings or nose pins

  • Customised, engraved, or personalised jewellery

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Record an unboxing video before opening the package.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video and photos.
    We’ll resolve the issue through replacement or store credit as quickly as possible.
